Is this RESPA compliant?
Yes. Circle Points™ are structured to comply with all RESPA and CFPB regulations. Points are not tied to referrals and are only earned based on completed transactions and non-contingent activities.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There are no sign-up fees, no contracts, and no monthly charges. Circle Points™ is free to participate in — you earn as you close.
Do I have to refer clients to get rewards?
